Uptime gave advice at Pärnu Financial Conference on how to feel confident in choosing a software development partner

Pärnu Financial Conference held at August 27-28, financial managers and specialists gathered to spend two useful days listening to the necessary presentations and also finding new contacts. Uptime was present to share recommendations for choosing a development partner. Many new contacts were made, too for further cooperation.

On the second day of the conference, Uptime CEO Eero Tohver gave a presentation at Pärnu Concert Hall on how to prepare the organization for a successful software development project. While software must always support a company’s main business, not the opposite way around, there is always a win-win situation for both parties, if company itself will do some preparations for a successful development project.

Participants of the Pärnu Financial Conference heard from Eero Tohver’s presentation on how to choose the right development partner, how to start the cooperation in such a way that all parties would be satisfied with and what the different stages of the development process are. The question was also answered, how much does it all cost to outsource software development.

Every company has different approachess and business models, and all participants of the conference had an opportunity to ask questions at the Uptime stand, where the tasting of the first non-alcoholic handicraft gin Flâneur from Lahhentagge took place.

The Pärnu Financial Conference is organized by Äripäev and is probably the most important event of the year for financial managers. It took place for the 22nd time this year. The main topics this time were “How to save costs?”, “How to get out of the crisis?” and “How to ensure efficiency so that it is profitable in the long run?”.
